- Troop Calendar - Committee reviewed troop calendar through July and noted as follows: -
Tahquitz was changed to July 5- 11 campsite 10.
Ted to call dave machenbach on arranging 911 call center visitation
Dec 17 - Possible council board of review meetings for Paul / Robert/ Michael F - Ken to attend
Jan 17 - FOS Kickoff breakfast - Richard Dieffenbach to attend
Mar 7 - Troop Annual planning - Plan the scout program for year 2009-2010. - 9 to 11 a.m
Feb 1 - Tentative - Miles Eagle COH 3:00 p.m.
- Finance Report- Richard reported troop still had two bank accounts and will facilitate closing F&M account. Leslie to work with Claudia on getting authorized on signature card.
- Recharter - Leslie reported collecting only a few fees paid. To start phone calls and will request fees at court of honor.
- David Booy's Eagle COH Planning
for tomorrow - Lisa to bake a cake.
Ron to prepare coffee / lemonaid. ...
Leslie / Russ to send email reminder to parents of David's COH and recharter.
Volunteers to arrive at 6:00 to assist in setup -
