Hi Ted,
My name is William (Willie) Craig and it is my privilege to have been
selected as your groups session director for your upcoming June 2 half night
session on the Mt. Wilson 60-inch.
Gale forwarded your letter which you sent to him. To answer your
question: yes it is very possible to provide a tour of the observatory. It
doesn't become dark until after 8pm in June so there is no need to start a
grounds tour at 5pm.
If you wish to arrive at 5pm I can be there to let you in but after we take
a look around you would still have at least 1 or 2 to kill. May I suggest a
6pm or 6:30pm arrival time instead? Perhaps that would give your group some
extra time to amble over from Chilao instead of being rushed. Anyway let me know
what you decide; I am very flexible and open to most any request.
I would also like to know what your experience is with the 60-inch and Mt.
Wilson so that I know what information I need to provide.
Please ask any questions or make any comments you might wish. My contact
information is:

(626) 442-6368 (My home phone which can be called 24/7 as it rolls into
phone mail. I return all calls within 24 hours)
Also I have attached a word document to this email which is information
that the Mount Wilson Institute has provided to me about your group. Please
review it and make any changes that you want and return it to me via
email.
Thanks for your interest in Mount Wilson
Yours,
Willie Craig
