Finalizing your reservation: Please download the reservation form from our web site www.mtwilson.edu and submit by fax (404-651-1389) or mail (60-inch Telescope Program, Mt. Wilson Institute, P.O. Box 1909, Atlanta, GA 30301) as soon as possible. As our web site indicates, your date is reserved pending receipt of the form and your check for $650 made payable to the MOUNT WILSON INSTITUTE no later than three weeks before the observing date. We will not actually cash the check until after the observing session. Please post-date the check to the date of the observing session. Arranging your visit: Please contact Mr. Gale Gant at (or call 626-339-7620) when your night is closer to discuss the details of your visit. In addition, you may refer to our web site (mtwilson.edu) for basic information about the Observatory and what to expect during your viewing session. This information is condensed in the attached Group Advisory sheet, which you can distribute to members of your group along with the Directions Sheet (also attached).
